Standard build volume is 280 × 280 × 180 mm. Larger parts up to 550 × 550 × 400 mm can be produced upon request, subject to machine availability and production capacity.

STEP (.step) and STP (.stp) files are preferred for the most accurate quotations and manufacturing. STL files are also accepted.

Most orders are delivered within 15 working days. Lead time may vary depending on part size, complexity, quantity, and material selection. If CAD modifications are required, please allow an additional 5 working days.

If the requested material is available locally, production typically requires an additional 5 working days. For materials that must be sourced internationally, an additional 10 working days may be required.

Yes. 3DMaterialsGD accepts orders and ships products worldwide.

Yes. All customer files are securely stored and processed using AWS cloud infrastructure. After order completion and delivery, customer files are automatically and permanently deleted in accordance with our data security policy.

We do not currently offer standard polishing or painting services. However, for larger production volumes, we can arrange post-processing through our qualified partner companies.

The standard PLP surface finish is comparable to SLA printing with a 50 μm layer height. For applications requiring finer detail and smoother surfaces, we also offer a 25 μm layer height option.
