V-0 Series of Flex, PP, and ESD Pass UL94 V-0 Non-Flammability Test

The halogen-free, flame-retardant oligomer synthesized by 3DMaterials enables SuperFlex V-0, SuperPP V-0, SuperESD V-0, and SuperHDT V-0 to meet UL94 V-0 flammability requirements (ASTM D3801, AITM2). SuperFlex V-0 balances softness and strength to simulate rubber or TPU. SuperPP V-0 series has a modulus of 0.6 ~ 0.9 GPa and up to 35% elongation at break. SuperESD V-0 has low surface resistivity (10^8 Ohm) for ESD safety. SuperHDT V-0 achieves the highest heat deflection temperature of 464°F.

COLORING SUPERPP & SUPERHDT

Deep black, solid white, and brilliant colors with a few drops of SuperColor

SuperElastic & SuperFlex are transparent and can be pigmented to create a variety of colors. SuperColor contains 10 times more pigment than conventional coloring agents, delivering deep black and solid white colors. Red, yellow, blue (primary colors) and orange, green, violet (secondary colors) are available, along with deep black and solid white. SuperColor is compatible with all SuperFast series, including SuperPP, SuperFlex, SuperElastic, SuperRigid, as well as other brands.

    Use alcohol to remove excess resin from the surface and dry the prints completely. Post-cure them using any brand’s curing machine for 20 minutes. If the surface is still tacky, cure it underwater (without oxygen) for another 10 minutes.

    The surface resistivity is 10^7 ~ 10^9 ohms/sq. Both the UL94 V-0 certificate and the resistivity measurement are available as Amazon product documents.
