V-0 Series of Flex, PP, and ESD Pass UL94 V-0 Non-Flammability Test

The halogen-free, flame-retardant oligomer synthesized by 3DMaterials enables SuperFlex V-0, SuperPP V-0, SuperESD V-0, and SuperHDT V-0 to meet UL94 V-0 flammability requirements (ASTM D3801, AITM2). SuperFlex V-0 balances softness and strength to simulate rubber or TPU. SuperPP V-0 series has a modulus of 0.6 ~ 0.9 GPa and up to 35% elongation at break. SuperESD V-0 has low surface resistivity (10^8 Ohm) for ESD safety. SuperHDT V-0 achieves the highest heat deflection temperature of 464°F.

COLORING SUPERPP & SUPERHDT

Deep black, solid white, and brilliant colors with a few drops of SuperColor.

SuperFast Clear and SuperValue Clear resins can be pigmented to create new color variations. SuperColor contains 10 times more pigment than conventional coloring agents, producing deep black and solid white colors. Primary colors (Red, Yellow, Blue) and secondary colors (Orange, Green, Violet) are available, along with deep Black and solid White. SuperColor is compatible with all SuperFast, SuperValue, SuperPP, SuperFlex, SuperElastic, SuperRigid resins, as well as other brands.

    SuperHDT V-0 is easily recrystallized under low temperature storage, if it is not clear, then warm the bottle at 140°F (60°C) for an hour or 120°F (50°C) for couple of hours. The resin will become clear and work perfectly.

  • A

    Edge micro-cracks may cause high-temp cracking, especially if cleaned with strong solvents. After post-processing, dip the print in SuperHDT V-0 resin, then post-cure to boost heat resistance and prevent cracking beyond heat deflection limits.

RECOMMENDED LAYER EXPOSURE SETTINGS FOR 3D PRINTERS

These settings were measured and tested for a 50μm layer thickness. Adjust the exposure time by ±15% based on your printer's conditions. Colored prints were tested using the recommended number of pigment drops per 100mL of clear resin.
