Choosing softness & post-processing, non-flammable testing, and coloring
TheSuperPP Seriesprovides resins with tensile moduli ranging from600 MPa to 1,400 MPa, allowing you to choose the right material based on your application’s toughness and durability needs. With excellent elongation at break and flame-retardant properties, SuperPP resins are ideal for high-strength, wear-resistant parts. Compatible with most 3D printers, they offer a versatile solution for demanding industrial environments.
The halogen-free, flame-retardant oligomer synthesized by 3DMaterials allows SuperPP 0.6 / 0.9 GPa V-0 to pass UL94 V-0 flammability and FST tests. The SuperPP V-0 series features a secant modulus from 600 to 900 MPa with elongation up to 35%, simulating PP, ABS, and PC plastics—ideal for electrical and automotive parts needing non-flammability. Both are clear resins, but deep black and solid white can be achieved by adding SuperColor high-concentration pigments.
SuperPP 0.6 / 0.9 GPa V-0 and SuperPP 1.4G are transparent and can be pigmented to create various colors. SuperColor contains 10 times more pigment than conventional agents, delivering deep black and solid white. Red, yellow, blue (primary colors), orange, green, and violet (secondary colors) are available, along with deep black and solid white. SuperColor is compatible with all SuperFast series resins and other brands.

Use alcohol to remove excess resin from the surface and dry the prints completely. Post-cure them using any brand’s curing machine for 20 minutes in air. One tip is the underwater (without oxygen) curing for another 10 minutes gives better result.
Add 4 drops of Black or 8 drops of White per 100 mL (gram) of resin to achieve standard deep black or solid white colors. Use a small scale and magnetic stirrer for even mixing. Adding too much SuperColor may result in printing failure.
These settings were measured and tested for a 50μm layer thickness. Adjust the exposure time by ±15% based on your printer's conditions. Colored prints were tested using the recommended number of pigment drops per 100mL of clear resin.
