[40% of Nano-Micro Ceramic Powder Filled] SuperRigid contains 40% of nano-micron ceramic powder and allows for strong industrial grade ceramic like prototypes. Â
[High Modulus Ceramic-Like] SuperRigid has 6.0GPa tensile and 8.0GPa flexural modules simulating stiffness of ceramic and ceramic-filled thermoplastics.
[Low Shrinkage] SuperRigid is formulated with low shrinkage oligomers synthesized in-house enhancing dimensional stability after post-curing.
[ISO 10993-5] Post-processed and cured SuperRigid has passed ISO 10993-5:2009
[Compatible to All LCD Printers] Unique photosensitization technology make SuperRigid compatible with all kind of regular and mono LCD 3D printers.
[Super Series] SuperPP 1.4G (Tough and Durable Like PP), SuperPP 0.9G V-0 (Durable with Flame-Retardant UL94 V-0), SuperPCS (Tough and Durable with 8K Precision), SuperFlex (Flexible Like TPU), SuperFlex V-0 (Flexible with Flame-Retardant UL94 V-0), SuperRigid (Ceramic Filled 6.0GPa Modulus), SuperElastic (Flexible Like Silicone), SuperHDT (Highest HDT of 464°F (240°C)), SuperCast (Wax Filled Castable), SuperESD V-0 (Electrostatic Discharge Safe with UL94 V-0) are also available as Engineering Resins from 3DMaterials.

SuperRigid resin offers outstanding mechanical strength with an 8.0 GPa flexural modulus, capable of withstanding up to 1,300 lbs of compression weight. Ideal for industrial prototypes and load-bearing parts, it delivers exceptional durability, ensuring structural integrity under high stress.
The ONE INCH 3D PRINTED LATTICE SUPPORT for the MERCEDES S-CLASSutilizes SuperRigid's 8.0 GPaflexural modulusto support over 2,500 kg, enhancing structural integrity and performance in automotive applications.
SuperHDT provides a high heat deflection temperature of 464°F (240°C), perfect for heat-resistant 3D-printed parts. Durable and stable, it's ideal for prototypes and industrial components needing thermal resistance.
Halogen-free, flame-retardant oligomer synthesized by 3DMaterials allows SuperPP V-0 to pass UL94 V-0 flammability requirements and FST. SuperHDT V-0 has the highest heat deflection temperature of 464°F (240°C), making it well-suited for electrical and lighting fixture parts with non-flammability.
From preparation to post-processing, SuperHDTensures optimal heat deflection. Begin by remelting the resin if crystallized, wash and sand prints thoroughly, and remove supports. For maximum durability, apply over-coating and post-cure under LED light for 10 minutes.
The settings chart is available at the end of this page, or you can download it by scanning QR code on the label of bottle.
Use alcohol to remove excess resin from the surface and dry the prints completely. Post-cure them using any brand’s curing machine for 20 minutes in air. One tip is the underwater (without oxygen) curing for another 10 minutes gives better result.
These settings were measured and tested for a 50μm layer thickness. Adjust the exposure time by ±15% based on your printer's conditions. Colored prints were tested using the recommended number of pigment drops per 100mL of clear resin.
